C2P'S POWER HOUSE

The C2P Powerhouse is an endurance specific performance and social hub.

We specialise in using state of the art technology and personal coaching to provide group classes, S&C and performance testing.

 

The POWER HOUSE allow us to offer classes focused on indoor cycling, triathlon transition (bike/run) workouts, sport specific strength training, HIIT interval training, and more.

We believe small group training provides unmatched training with purpose and progression, lead by expert coaches while creating a motivating and fun environment with like minded athletes.

We are here to help you maximize your training and become the best rider that you can be. The Powerhouse is a one-stop training and fitness facility for cyclists and endurance athletes: cycling and strength training COMBINED to make you a better athlete.

Indoor Cycling

An instructor led cycling session.

 

This programming will be periodized for performance improvement through individualized workouts.

 

During the winter classes will take place indoors using your bicycle on a Computrainer Lab edition trainer.

 

We will also offer outdoor training rides in the summer.

Strength & Mobility

Instructor-led classes designed to improve your strength and mobility.

 

Over time, strength training will enhance your performance on the bike, and contribute to general well-being in other aspects your life.
