All our Coaching is based around our core philosophy of forming connections to maximise performance. T

 

Training is designed specifically for triathletes...they are not just a mesh mash of programmes for swimmers, cyclists and runners. The "3 sessions of each" attitude to planning a programme is not sufficient.

Every athlete is an individual and may start with a different focus. We believe in listening to the athlete, learning from their previous training and race experience, understanding their needs, their goals and their constraints.

Only then will we design a plan that is unique to the individual. 

We offer a number of coaching options to fit most budgets.

1 to 1 Coaching

1 to 1 Coaching is ideal for:

  • Athletes looking to compete in Ironman & Half Ironman races;

  • Endurance cyclists;

  • Beginner's looking for guidance and help in tackling their first Ironman or 70.3 race;

  • Athletes looking for guidance and a structured programme to improve performance

  • Athletes who want to be held accountable 

We have two coaching packages to chose from Gold and Silver.

Our new Gold package includes 2 x Bike INSCYD performance testing in the price. You get a full comprehensive test on how your unique physiology works. You get accurate training zones that are not generic or based off a % of some threshold number.

Our silver package is our most popular programme.

One to One Coaching: Silver Package

One to One Coaching: Gold Package

What's Included:

  • Undergo INSCYD Metabolic Testing (used by Dan Lorang, coach to Jan Frodeno, Anne Haug and Bora Hansghobe)

  • Results include:

    • V02 Max​

    • VLaMax

    • Anerobic Threshold or True FTP

    • FAT Max

    • Carbohydrate combustion

  • With all the important data collected from testing we design your unique training plan targeting your weaknesses

  • Goals and Training Objectives are set

  • Personalised and Custom Training Plan

  • Plan designed to be integrated with family, work & life

C2P Squad Membership

Squad programming is designed specifically for the needs of the athlete seeking structure and guidance in their training.

The C2P Squad programming provides athletes with a flexible and affordable training solution.

 

How does it work?

 

We divide the year up into blocks of training depending on when your goal race is. The blocks are broken down as follows:

  • Post/Pre Season:

    • This block lays the foundation and prepares you for the work to come

  • Race Build:

    • This block builds strength and gets you race ready

  • Race Specific 1:

    • Prepares you for the demands of early season races

  • Race Specific 2:

    • After a short rejuvenation period, this block prepares you for end of season racing

 

All sessions are delivered through Training Peaks account

Post/Pre Season and Build: is the backbone of your training for the year. These blocks enable your progression and long-term development. They lay the foundations for the specific demands of your key events throughout the year.

  • Post/Pre Season and Build is incrementally delivered in two-week blocks and is continuously updated. Key swim, bike, run, and strength designed to get the most from your training.

  • Post/Pre Season and Build creates a strong progression of training and fitness. It will set you up for your race build.

  • Race Specific Blocks:  prepare you for the specific demands of your key races. You must train for the specific demands of your goal events.

  • Upon joining the Squad, you let us know what your planned key events are. We will then load your race specific sessions into your training peaks account. Our plans will guide you day by day to your goal race.

  • Each Race Specific Block includes a recovery or rejuvenation programme post-race. This facilitates your return to training post race.

Custom plans

Custom plans are a cost effective personal training solution.

These are ideal for:

  • the self motivated athlete who wants a plan that provides structure

  • If you’re new to training, or you don’t have the time or expertise to lay out your own plan, the 20-week event specific plan is for you.  

How does it work and what do you get?

When you sign up you’ll be directed to fill out a pretty in depth questionnaire that will give us all the details we need to build out the best possible customised plan for you.

Once we have all those answers + you have attached us as your coach within Training Peaks (if you don’t have an account we can help you set one up).

 

If there is any further information we need we will gather that via email communication.

Virtual Powerhouse

The Virtual Powerhouse allows us to offer cycling focused sessions.

You can use these sessions on your smart trainer indoors or take them outdoors on the roads

All sessions are built up in Training Peaks and can be uploaded into Zwift, Rouvy, Trainer Rd etc.

These sessions are ideal for cyclists looking to follow some structured training
