Connect to Perform is a company registered in Ireland with company registration number 564204.

 

Connect to Perform assumes no liability for the information contained within any part of it’s coaching service.

 

Including but not limited to information within the Connect to Perform website (www.connecttoperform.ie), emails sent on behalf of Connect to Perform and any information shared via social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

 

The information contained therein reflects only the opinion of the owners, coaches and associates of Connect to Perform. Nothing provided by Connect to Perform should be interpreted or treated as medical opinion or advice. If you are unsure about the health implications of any aspect of your training plan or guidance being provided please consult with your doctor for specific medical advice before commencing any training or exercise.

 

By undertaking any training plan provided by Connect to Perform or Connect to Perform you are declaring yourself medically fit.

 

Your use of any information or materials provided by Connect to Perform or Connect to Perform is entirely at your own risk. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

 

Connect to Perform takes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any injury or loss which may arise from the use of such information, including but not limited to triathlon training plans and advice from any Connect to Perform coach or team member.

 

You accept that Connect to Perform provides no guarantees or warranties related to any of its content or coaching programs.

 

Connect to Perform Membership Terms and Cancellation policy

Members of Connect to Perform are bound by the following terms and conditions:

  • All content and training plans provided to members are copyright & intellectual property of Connect to Perform. Use of any training material provided for purposes other than your personal triathlon/cycling/run training for the period of your membership is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent has been obtained from Connect to Perform Ltd.

  • Upon joining as a monthly member, a monthly recurring payment will be created for the amount indicated at the time of payment. This payment will be processed on the same date each month.

  • Your membership of Connect to Perform commences on the day payment is received.

  • If a membership payment fails additional attempts to take payment will be made. If they continue to fail you will be contacted about the issue.

  • No change to the monetary amount taken will be made without your prior consent.

  • Should you wish to cancel your monthly membership, please do so by email philip@connecttoperform.ie Your membership, and all associated access will remain until the date at which the next payment is due, at which point your membership will cease and no further payments will be taken.

  • Upon cancellation of your monthly membership you will retain access of your TrainingPeaks account, and personal training data contained therein. Training plans and individual sessions remain property of Connect to Perform and may no longer be available.

  • Unless otherwise specified, annual memberships can be renewed for subsequent equivalent terms at the full price rate applicable at the time of joining, for as long as the membership remains active.

    • For example: If the full price cost of an annual membership at the time of joining was €499, then each subsequent year’s membership fee will remain at €499, even if the future cost of annual membership increases.

    • If however a limited promotional discount was offered that reduced this price from (for example) €499 to €449, then year 1 would be charged at €449 and  years 2+ will be charged at €499 (i.e. the full price, not discounted rate at the time of joining).

  • Unless otherwise specified at the time of joining, monthly membership rates will remain at the full price rate at the time of joining, for as long as the membership remains active.

    • For example: If a monthly membership is created at a rate of €199 per month, then each subsequent month’s membership fee will remain at €199, even if the future cost of monthly memberships increases.

    • If a promotional discount was offered for a limited period, the discount is only applicable for that period. So if for example the standard rate was €199 per month, but a promotion offered the first month for €99, then month 1 would be charged at €99 with all subsequent months charged at €199

  • Unless otherwise specified, any promotional / discounted rate is only applicable to an individual once. For example a promotion offering a discounted first month’s membership can only be used once. Should such a membership then be cancelled, if that person wishes to re-join Connect to Perform at a later date they will not be able to do so using the same promotion.

  • Should a membership be cancelled / not renewed, and that member re-joins at a future date the new membership cost will be the cost specified at the time of re-joining (including any joining fees). Not the cost at the commencement time of their original membership.

  • Upon joining Connect to Perform as an ‘annual’ or ‘premium’ member, a one-off payment will be taken for the amount indicated at the time of payment, for the full period. At the end of your membership period no further payment will be taken without your prior consent. ‘Annual’ and ‘premium’ memberships  give you access to Connect to Perform for 12 consecutive months Should you decide to leave Connect to Perform during your membership period, no refunds or partial refunds will be made.

  • Connect to Perform reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time, for any reason. Should this occur, a pro-rata refund will be provided.

  • Connect to Perform’s 30 day satisfaction guarantee for annual & premium memberships allows a full refund of the membership cost providing:

    • Connect to Perform are notified via an email to philip@conncttoperform.ie within 30 days of membership commencement (the date the annual payment was processed)

    • The member gives a written explanation of the aspect of the membership they are unsatisfied with, and the reason(s) why

    • This is only applicable to new customers and is not applicable to people renewing their membership, people switching from a different membership option, or people that have previously held a membership of Connect to Perform in any way, at any time.

  • The 30 day satisfaction guarantee (as explained above) is the only circumstance where a refund will be given. Aside from that no refunds are available for any level of membership should you cancel your membership.

  • If / when “free joining bonuses” are offered, unless otherwise stated they may only be redeemed after the first 30 days of membership (i.e. after the “30 day satisfaction guarantee” period has passed)

  • Connect to Perform’s “Friends & Family” referral scheme only applies to current annual members, and where those being referred will also be annual members. Benefits offered by the referral scheme for both the referrer and person being referred are not valid if used in conjunction with another offer.
